Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $125 no-show fee. I understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another client in need.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Do you accept insurance?

No however, there are a couple of spots for pro bono and a couple of spots for sliding scale. We can also provide a super bill for people who would like to submit the session cost to their insurance company for their out of netfwork benefits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is collected at the time of service. Please reach out during your consultation to discuss specific payment methods accepted.

How often will we meet?

Session frequency depends on your individual needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and may adjust frequency as they progress. We'll discuss what works best for you during our initial consultation.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I understand that life happens. I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a $125 fee. This policy allows me to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
